At Royal Marque, orders are processed as quickly as possible.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing and shipping status.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.

3. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, no advance payment refund will normally be applicable where no payment has been made.
