1. Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and delivered within approximately 3–7 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is not free.

Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are payable by the customer.

3. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations and orders, subject to courier and service availability.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact number.

Royal Marque may not be responsible for delivery failure or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
